Grand Oak Apartments will provide 43 new rental apartments targeted to families with incomes of 20% to 45% of the area income. The well-located parcel is provided through BRIDGE Housing's partnership with San Mateo County and the City of South San Francisco, and is within walking distance of schools, medical facilities, shopping centers, and multiple public transportation routes.

Units have been designed as flats and townhomes that follow the slope of the site and present front stoops along Oak Avenue, concealing two stories of partially-buried structured parking. Project amenities include a community room, a computer learning center, and an outdoor children's play area.
