Genentech B55 Annex Office Building

The Genentech B-55 Annex is a modular 19,440 sq. ft. office building customized for the growing Marketing Group of Genentech, Inc. The building consists of 27 modular building components that are dovetailed together to create a single office building. This building is fitted on a tight site near other related workgroups within Genentech, to facilitate workgroup interaction. The internal organization of the structure is of individual customized private offices arranged around common and support spaces. Natural daylighting is a key component of the project’s interior organization, bringing natural lighting to the interior offices. This project was completed within 5 months of intitiation.
