Jennings Avenue Family Housing is a 70-unit affordable housing project. The project includes a mix of flats and townhouses in three-story buildings.

As a whole this development takes advantage of the natural features of the site, provides important connections to its surroundings and includes large new usable landscape areas. Because the vast majority of the units have ground level front doors, the outdoor spaces and surrounding amenities are easily accessible to the residents. Together, the site planning and the architecture complement each other to establish an attractive housing development that will be an asset to the community, the neighborhood and the city as a whole.
