Off Broadway Off Broadway is an urban infill, mixed-use development in North Boulder's industrial zone, on the site of Boulder's former homeless shelter, this industrial arts, live/work community will mix small workspaces for artisans with loft living environments. The project will have a total of 13 workspace units and 17 loft living units. The work units will hace roll up glass garage doors that will open to the paseo towards the south. Lofts directly above the work studios will contain a two-story volume with floor to ceiling glass.
