Bay Point Infill Residential The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency has assembled a team of designers and developers to develop a new urbanist plan for an 9-acre parcel in Bay Point. The project consists of 69 small-lot single family market rate homes on 6.9 acres and 49 multifamily affordable units on 2.3 acres with an interconnected, pedestrian-focused internal street system.
