This project included full service programming, schematic design, and construction documents for this 15,000 square foot facility. The project was fast tracked for early completion. Work included building evaluation, systems
upgrades, work flow analysis, fast track permitting, and assistance, in lease
negotiations for this fast growing internet based business. The design included open flexible spaces and multiple flexible meeting areas for the changing new workplace. Communication was enhanced through connected work areas which helped to minimize isolation.
