Much of our work is focused on the planning, design and construction of affordable housing. We believe that affordable housing has to be as well-designed as market rate housing because of the intense scrutiny that it faces on the federal, municipal and community level. With simple elements of construction, economy of circulation and building materials and carefully scaled spaces, aesthetically conceived housing can be realized. |
