Belmar Urban Apartments

Belmar Urban Apartments are envisioned as affordable family rental units in a new, pedestrian-oriented, urban environment. The site and the project serves as a transition between the active ‘downtown’ blocks and the residential townhouse blocks. Parking is hidden from public view behind buildings in a parking court and in garages. The parking court is designed as a multiple use space. The program includes 59,400 sf. of housing in 66 units in 1-, 2-, and 3-BR configurations as flats and townhouses. A central pedestrian walk, Reed Street Walk, serves as a connection and transition between residential and mixed-use neighborhoods and divided the site into two clusters.
