The Comstock Mall Mixed-use Residential development presents a “City Vision” in which residents may live, work and play within the midst of downtown. This new opportunity to live downtown includes a new mixed-use residential mid-rise tower with ground floor retail shops and 116 units rising above the low-level commercial buildings which surround it. The Comstock Mall Mixed-use Residential development will revitalize a central block of downtown providing a new presence in the skyline and an infusion of activity into downtown shops and restaurants as well as into its pedestrian streets.
