Belmar Urban Apartments consists of 66 affordable family rental units in a new, pedestrian-oriented, urban environment. The program includes 60,000 sf. of housing in 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom configurations of flats and townhouses.

Fire Clay Lofts, Denver, CO

The renovation of an historic warehouse set admidst two blocks of new loft buildings marks the rebirth of an old industrial neighborhood as a unique 148-unit loft development in Denver.
