VMWP is involved in the adaptive reuse of an industrial complex in Denver. The design incorporates the front facade and building forms of the original complex while creating 28 units and an internal public open space.

Rail Yard is far more about rediscovering, "enveloped" or hidden architectural space then is about creating new one's. By the simple act of strategic building removal, or getting at the essence of these old brick structures, interior and exterior space is reveled and transformed into exciting urban living conditions. This is not historic preservation. It is more akin to a heart, lung, liver transplant within the intent of engaging urban loft housing in the adaptive reuse of the old 1.29 acre industrial property.
