18 first-time homebuyer units and 2 street-level commercial spaces will replace the long-vacant corner lot at the intersection of Third Street and Oakdale Avenue, providing much needed affordable housing and defining an important corner site.

Kukui Gardens, Honolulu, HA

Kukui Gardens is a 21.3-acre site in downtown Honolulu.  This urban infill project will replace 800 units of housing with 3,375 new units of housing, 108,000 sf of retail space, 123,000 sf of office space and a 300,000 sf hotel.  The proposed high density of these 8 blocks will provide a new concept for urban living. The site concept is courtyard typology housing atop podium parking, wrapped by retail.

Comstock Mixed Use Tower, Santa Rosa, CA

The Comstock Mall Mixed-use Residential Development presents a “City Vision” in which residents may live, work and play within the midst of downtown. This new opportunity to live downtown includes a new mixed use residential mid-rise tower with ground floor retail shops and 116 units rising above the low level commercial buildings which surround it.

East Leland Avenue, Pittsburg, CA

East Leland Family Housing is a 63-unit affordable housing development. The project includes a mix of flats and townhouses in 3-story buildings, a 50-child day care facility, as well as common laundry, classroom, community room and administrative facilities.

Belmar Block 7: 1 acre of 62,477 sf of housing holding 62 units in 1-, 2-, and 3-BR configurations of flats and townhouses. It is envisioned as affordable rental units for the workforce of Belmar.

Crest View Family Housing, Pittsburg, CA

Immediately adjacent to Highway 4, this irregularly shaped site in Pittsburg, CA will be home to 71 units of affordable rental apartments. The proposed project will replace a vacant lot in a residential neighborhood with much needed affordable housing. 

Oakland Condominiums, Oakland, CA

The Terrace on Harrison is a dense 35 unit for-sale market rate development on a tight urban infill site in the downtown Oakland area. The project is composed of 43,000 sf and 5 stories of residential units over 2 levels of parking, a lobby, and an accessory ground floor exercise room.
