The driving mission behind Van Meter Williams Pollack LLP (VMWP) is community development. Our goal is to enhance the physical nature and identity of buildings, neighborhoods and cities, mending communities and creating memorable places in an environmentally responsible way. We achieve this by focusing our practice on affordable housing, urban design, town planning and mixed-use development. We choose to serve clients who have a similar focus. We are committed to going the extra mile to create quality, both in the creative designs we put forth, and in the quality of service we offer to like-minded organizations and individuals.

"VMWP stands as a truly valuable design partner for any developer. They add real value at every step in the design process -- from initial programming, schematic design, planning approvals through design development and construction documents. VMWP's work in the public sector adds great credibility to private projects, and their charette approach typically shortens the review process. VMWP project managers also bring a practicality about the tradeoffs between construction cost and amenity value – critical in achieving LEED certification and remaining within tight construction budgets. The end result for us at Belmar: better design equals higher project return." - Will Fleissig, Urban Villages LLC, client testimonial
