Partners Tim Van Meter, Architect | Partner San Francisco Karen Murray | Associate
Denver L Tatiana Aviles Partners Tim Van Meter, Architect | Partner Mr. Van Meters experience has ranged widely from buildings, to landscape designs, to urban designs for districts and neighborhoods. As a partner in Van Meter Williams Pollack, Tim has focused on mixed use developments, urban infill projects and affordable housing. He has led the design team on many of the firms complex design projects, formulating the program, building consensus and developing design solutions. Projects include: affordable housing developments; industrial reuse plans; mixed use projects; public housing revitalization plans; transit oriented communities; as well as interior architecture and corporate facilities. Tim works closely with clients and communities to formulate programs and development strategies. Tim has also served community organizations as a community design consultant and as a board member of non-profit organizations. Tim has traveled extensively studying design,planning and environmental issues and their effects on diverse communities. Tim also lectures on issues of urban and sustainable design and development for a variety of organizations. Tim heads the Denver office of VMWP. Tim is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Environmental Design. He has traveled throughout the world studying design, planning and environmental issues and their effects on diverse communities. Rick Williams, Architect | Partner Mr. Williams work has been on the forefront of mixed use pedestrian and transit-oriented planning and urban design. The scale of projects range from residential developments, mixed-use neighborhoods and urban infill to community plans and new town proposals. As a partner in Van Meter Williams Pollack, Rick brings his diverse background and extensive experience to focus on planning and urban design projects involving mixed use, pedestrian and transit oriented developments as well as project management and construction administration efforts for a variety of the firms building projects. Projects Rick has been recently involved include the MacArthur Boulevard Streetscape Concept Plan; Millsmont Urban Design Plan, S.F. Transit Oriented Neighborhood Planning, Prescott /Acorn Neighborhood Transportation Plan, Westminster Traditional Neighborhood Design Guidelines, the Fremont CBD Plan, and the Fremont Small Lot Residential Design Guidelines. Rick has lectured on issues of contemporary urban planning for a variety of organizations, and his urban design project experiences have been published extensively throughout the United States. Rick also has experience in commercial and institutional project types. Fred Pollack, Architect | Partner As a partner in Van Meter Williams Pollack, Mr. Pollack has focused on affordable housing, and mixed-use developments. Fred has been the Partner in Charge of VMWP’s larger projects, guiding the projects from design through construction and post occupancy. Projects Fred has been recently active on include: Valencia Gardens Hope VI Redevelopment, Japan Town San Jose, 55 Laguna San Francisco, Carter Terrace Family Housing, The John King Senior Community, Nueva Vista Family Housing, the Dominican Sisters Convents, and the Kenwood Group Adaptive Re-use. Fred is active in community efforts to better our environment and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Fred has worked closely with municipal and non profit organizations to implement sustainable building practices. Fred’s current work in sustainability and community development include: Fred is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Environmental Design. He has traveled throughout the world and has worked extensively in Denmark on a variety of highly published projects. Karen Murray | Associate Ms. Murray is a registered Architect and urban designer with a broad range of experience. Her work combines a strong architectural background with a focus in urban design and infill development. Karen has been with Van Meter Williams Pollack for over ten years and was one of the firm's first associates. She is currently overseeing a variety of projects in the Bay area ranging from a 5.8-acre infill masterplan for the reuse of the UC Extension campus in San Francisco to an 18-unit mixed use building along the Third Street light rail line. As a project architect for Van Meter Williams Pollack, Karen has just completed construction on a 101-unit affordable family development in San Francisco. Urban design projects have included the Concord BART Station Pedestrian Streetscape Enhancement, the West Rivertown Urban Design Plan for the City of Antioch, CA and the Millsmont Urban Design Plan, a commercial revitalization/streetscape enhancement program for Oakland, CA. Michael Kloefkorn | Associate Mr. Kloefkorn brings a mixture of experience in California, Colorado and Australia including furniture, interior design, commercial/retail, mixed-use, residential, multi-family residential and adaptive reuse and construction. He joined VMWP in San Francisco in 1998 and relocated to Colorado in 1999 to assist in establishing the new Denver office. Michael is an associate at VMWP and has been involved in projects ranging from Belmar, a 104 acre redevelopment of a failed 1960’s suburban mall into a thriving new urban downtown for the community, to Railyard Lofts, an adaptive reuse of an 1880’s warehouse. David Brown | Associate Mr. Brown has over 13 years of experience in a diversified array of residential design and construction. While living in Atlanta, he developed his expertise in adaptive renovation projects including conversion of an historic high school, gymnasium, auditorium, and classrooms into loft apartments, as well as the conversion of an urban high rise clothing factory and adjacent low-rise city block into loft apartments. After relocating to San Francisco, his experience shifted to new loft apartments in the South of Market district of San Francisco, and market-rate / affordable housing. He later became involved in high-end single-family residential projects in Palo Alto, Los Altos Hills and San Francisco, as well as the development of The Brannan, a luxury high-rise condominium project in the South Beach area of San Francisco. At Van Meter Williams Pollack, David has assumed the Project Architect role for Nueva Vista, a 48-unit urban infill affordable housing project in Santa Cruz, as well as Valencia Gardens, a 260-unit urban infill project in the Mission District of San Francisco. He is a registered Architect in both Georgia and California and has a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Matthew Baker Matthew Baker has been a member of the design team at VMWP since 1999. Prior to joining VMWP he gained a wide range of experience in architectural practice, by working for such firms as SMWM and Arquitectonica. Matthew received a BArch degree from the California College of the Arts (formally CCAC) in 1996. His project experience at VMWP has included Piedmont Avenue Lofts in Oakland, Adams Avenue in Fremont, West Rivertown Family Housing in Antioch, FCSN in Fremont, and Bella Monte Apartments in Bay Point. Matthew has also been a participant in the Bay Area Young Architects since 1997. BAYA is a committee of the AIA San Francisco and other Bay Area Chapters. His participation in BAYA included planning and assisting in such activities as the LEAP sandcastle classic and organizing urban hikes/ sketching sessions. Jeff Briggs Jeff Briggs started at VMWP in March 2005 as an assistant to the Business Manager. Since then he has moved into the roll of Office Manager, handling general office operations while also acting as a project assistant. He has always had an interest in architecture and design, initially setting out to pursue an Architecture degree. Having changed course back then he is now delighted to have come full circle. With a background in restaurant management and corporate event planning, he puts his experience from these fast-paced and demanding fields to use at VMWP. Jeff has a B.S. in Business Administration. Ben Chuaqui As a project architect at VMWP for the last five years, Ben has managed the design and construction of several housing projects. These projects include affordable as well as market rate housing, ranging in size from 19 to 116 units. Completed projects include a 19-unit special needs project in Oakland, as well as a LEED Gold certified convent for the Sisters of Saint Dominic. Currently Ben is overseeing the construction of a 70-unit complex as well as managing the design of a 116-unit building; both projects in Santa Rosa. Prior experience includes eight years of commercial and institutional architectural work as well as professional experience in city planning. As a design professional, Ben’s academic interests in the social aspects of housing as well as the more technical and idiosyncratic aspects of wood construction have influenced his work in the office. Jennifer Cofield Jennifer Cofield is a California licensed architect who comes to VMWP with a broad range of experience from commercial interiors, high-end retail, and most recently multi-family housing and mixed-use infill developments. She received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati, through which she studied in Berlin and worked in Chicago, Baltimore, New York and San Francisco. In staying with her commitment to sustainable design, Jennifer recently became a LEED Accredited Professional. Since joining VMWP, Jennifer has been working on several multi--family housing projects, both affordable and market-rate, throughout the Bay Area. . Taylor Fahmi Taylor is a California licensed architect as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. She believes that the tenets of sustainable design are highly compatible with the goals of affordable housing and strives to create buildings that address the community and the environment as well as the clients' program and budget. She is currently working on several affordable multi-family developments for VMWP, both ownership and rental. Before joining VMWP, Taylor worked on numerous multi-family housing projects throughout California. including both affordable and market rate developments. Project types varied, encompassing mixed-use, high-rise residential and townhomes, as well as independent senior and assisted living facilities. She has also worked on several remodels of historic residential buildings that remained occupied during construction. Chris High Chris has been with VMWP since 2002. He produced construction documents for the low-income Nueva Vista project in Santa Cruz, Eastmont Court housing for disabled in Oakland and Valencia Gardens affordable housing S.F., amongst others. Chris provided construction verification on these projects, Carter Terrace and other mixed-use developments in Fremont, Antioch and Pittsburg. Chris became the documentation controller for the firm's first LEED certification submittal; Dominican Sisters, San Rafael 2005. He is currently project architect for the conversion to market-rate apartments of historic Richardson Hall at the U.C. Laguna redevelopment. Prior experience includes commercial interiors, loft conversion of industrial buildings in Emeryville and later high-end residential remodels during the bay area dot-com era. A native of England, Chris also worked in Hong Kong - notably on a design for the "Gee's Club" in Shanghai, an opulent downtown multistory leisure facility. He received his B.A. in Architecture from U.C. Berkeley and recently submitted an entry to the Flight '93 memorial competition. Robert Huang Robert attended the University of California at Berkeley where he graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Architecture. His previous work experience was small commercial and retail tenant improvements, single family residential, and commercial high rise office buildings in San Francisco and Asia. Since joining VMWP in 2001, he has worked on the West Rivertown Family Housing project in Antioch, the Carter Terrace Family Housing in San Francisco, a new worship building for St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Fremont, the House of Formation for the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael, and a for-sale affordable condominium urban infill project in San Francisco's Bayview Hunters Point district. Carla joins VMWP with a deep commitment to sustainability and environmental justice. She received her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin and B.A. in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Her previous work experience includes an internship at the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems, and working as a designer at Dan Smith and Associates where she focused on straw-bale construction as well as research and project documentation on a LEED gold project. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Carla has a long-standing interest in the complexity, history, and culture of the urban environment. Kristin Keenon Kristin is a graduate of the University of Oregon where she graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Architecture. Her previous work experience centered on corporate interiors and high-end residential project in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining VMWP in 2006, she has worked primarily on the U.C. Laguna redevelopment; focusing on the conversion of historic Richardson Hall to market-rate apartments and other functions such as a community center, retail spaces, and a restaurant. Marjory Mejia Marjory contributes a global and holistic perspective to the VMWP team: she has studied in Rome, Shanghai and Paris, and is bilingual in Spanish and English (with a working knowledge of French as well). Her previous experience includes infill design, landscape design, and residential projects; she has also served as a teaching assistant and taught design.She is currently executing design and construction projects for a range of housing projects. Alexis Olle Alexis Olle has worked on a variety of projects during her first year at VMWP. She is currently producing construction documents for a 63-unit multi-family affordable housing project in Pittsburg, California. Alexis was responsible for the completion of a model of the Temescal neighborhood in Oakland, the site of a mixed-use condominium development. She has produced renderings of community spaces for an infill development as part of the UC Extension campus re-use project. Prior to joining VMWP, Alexis worked for Maple Dell McClelland Architects in Walnut Creek. Her responsibilities included compiling site survey reports and construction administration for retail projects. Peter Pagnucco | Business Manager Peter handles financial matters for the firm, including banking, project billing, and financial reporting. Prior to joining VMWP, he managed specialty accounts at Berkeley-based Clif Bar, Inc. Peter holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Tufts University and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). John Paolini John Paolini has two years of experience documenting architecture, focusing on highly technical healthcare architecture in which he led small remodels and coordinated the efforts of the design team. He also provided project documentation from schematic deisgn through construction administration for a very large medical office building tenant improvement. His recent shift of professional focus to affordable housing and urban design was spurned by his desire to extend the practice of architecture to those who have historically been excluded from its most enriching aspects. Adam Rosa, AICP Adam Rosa is an urban designer with a background in city planning with over six years of experience in both the public and private sector. Mr Rosa holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning degree with a focus in Urban Design from the University of Cincinnati. He has prior experience in urban design and planning in the Cincinnati and Indianapolis areas, Chicago and the Bay Area. At Van Meter Williams Pollack, Mr. Rosa has been influential in developing urban design plans for the cities of Napa, Santa Rosa, Burlingame, Honolulu, Hawaii and Westminster, Colorado along with a series of focused design guidelines for the City of Mountain View. Mr. Rosa is currently the project manager for The Ho’opili Town Master Plan, a 1,600 transit oriented development in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is also currently managing an urban design plan for a TOD around a ferry terminal in Bainbridge Island, Washington. He has also been heavily involved in integrating LEED-ND standards into urban design and planning projects. Tiffany Redding Tiffany is Project Architect for Grand Oak Apartments, an affordable multi-family housing project in South San Francisco, California. This 43-unit project for BRIDGE Housing Corporation will provide a computer learning center, community room and children's play area - all on a sloping site over a parking podium. Most recently Tiffany has completed bid and permit documents for Valencia Gardens, an affordable-housing development located in San Francisco's Mission District and the largest project designed by VMWP to date. She will continue assisting with construction administration through 2006. Prior to joining VMWP, Tiffany was a key team member on many high-visibility commercial and institutional buildings. Former projects include such diverse clients as the California Department of Health Services, the City of Milpitas, 3Com, the City of Daly City, FORE Systems and E*Trade. In keeping with a lifetime interest in environmental issues and sustainable design, Tiffany is a LEED Accredited Professional, and getting her hands dirty with straw-bale workshops and other alternative building techniques. Jack Robinson Jack Robinson spent six years on Chicago Townhome construction for the newly-developed Museum Campus on Lake Michigan. His most recent project, The Village at Fairview, is a 60-unit affordable development for seniors in Orland, California. He joined VMWP in March of 2006 and has been working on affordable housing as well as a 67-unit condominium project in Oakland, California. He is passionately committed to green design and affordable housing as a means of enhancing the communities and cities we live in. Ilaria Salvadori Ms. Salvadori is a planner and urban designer with six years of experience in both the private and public sector. Her work has been focusing on community involvement and the design of vibrant, inclusive public spaces. She is experienced in community involvement, urban design, land use and site planning, transportation planning, and graphic design. At VMWP she is part of the Urban Design team, bringing her expertise in community involvement and facilitation and her passion for the design of thriving urban spaces and efficient transportation corridors. Ilaria is currently involved on a streetscape project on Leland Avenue, San Francisco. Chris Sensenig Chris is an urban designer dedicated to designing places that increase one's ability to participate in their environment and provide opportunities for social interaction. Mr. Sensenig received a Master of Architecture and a Master of City Planning in Urban Design degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. Chris focused his research on creating livable neighborhoods and increasing opportunities for participation and social interaction in the neighborhood landscape through projects that include street design, mixed-use multi-family housing, transit-oriented development, and neighborhood planning. Chris had ample opportunity for work on international projects, as a resident at the International Laboratory for Architecture and Urban Design he worked on a plan for the mainland coast of the Venice lagoon and in Taipei, Taiwan he worked on a neighborhood plan for the Shilin Night Market District. Chris also had the opportunity to do research on shared streets in the Netherlands and water villages of the Yangzi Delta in China. While at Cal, Chris worked under Donlyn Lyndon as assistant to the editor for PLACES, A Forum for Environmental Design. Jessica Smith A Bay Area native, Jessica returned to San Francisco and joined VMWP in 2006 after graduating from University of Colorado School of Environmental Design. She has primarily been working on the as-built drawings and new plans for the historical renovation and adaptive reuse of Oakland's St. Joseph's Convent currently in use as an office building. Like many other VMWP-ers, she shares a strong commitment to sustainable design which will be her eventual focus in graduate school.
Lacey Traeger Lacey has been a member of the design team at VMWP since 2002. She has worked on a variety of affordable housing projects including Bella Monte Apartments, a 50-unit multi-family development in Antioch, CA; and Eastmont Court, a 19-unit development in Oakland, CA for residents with special needs. Currently, Lacey is overseeing construction of Villa Vasconcellos, a 70-unit senior housing project in Walnut Creek, CA. She is also contributing to the design of a 35-unit condominium development in Oakland, CA. This building will help revitalize an area at the edge of the downtown and Lake Merrit neighborhoods. Lacey received a B.A. in Architecture from UC Berkeley and is pursuing a California Architecture License. Joseph Trott Greg Yanito, AICP Greg Yanito is a certified planner who recently joined the urban design team at VMWP. He brings 10 years of professional experience as an urban designer with a background in architecture in both public and private sector development. Mr. Yanito received both a Bachelor and Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Kent State University and has focused his professional work on urban waterfront planning, residential infill design, and civic master planning. His previous work includes a comprehensive 50-year district plan to revitalize the entire urban waterfront edge in Cleveland, Ohio and numerous HOPE VI housing redevelopment plans, from concept to construction. He is currently developing the master plan for a 40-acre 520-unit affordable housing project in Stockton, CA. Denver L Tatiana Aviles Ms. Avilés attended the University of Colorado - Denver where she graduated with a Master in Architecture degree. While at the university, she served as a teaching assistant for two structural engineering classes and an urban design studio. Tatiana is bilingual in Spanish and English and welcomes the opportunity to integrate that knowledge into an architectural context. She is currently working towards completing the IDP training the first step towards obtaining her architectural license. Additionally, she is working towards LEED accreditation, as she has been involved in incorporating LEED standards into the Ho'opili master planned community, in Hawaii and the Havana Town Center urban apartments, in Denver. Tatiana's current involvement extends to the development of feasibility studies for Arvada West Ridge Development, design development documents for The Orchard mixed use buildings and the Havana Town Center. Furthermore, she has assisted in the construction documentation for the Rue 32, urban townhomes. Tatiana is interested in creating urban communities which are environmentally conscience within budgetary and programmatic constraints. She is also an advocate of transit solutions, which provide alternatives to automobile travel and focus on creating density within existing communities. Cheney Ferguson Cheney is a new member of VMWP, joining us from the University of Oregon where she received a Master of Architecture degree in June 2006. Cheney received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Southern Illinois University in 2004. Cheney is currently working on completing her IDP requirements to become a licensed architect. Much of her graduate study in architecture at University of Oregon were based on the urban model and transit-oriented development. In North America, Cheney has studied urban planning in Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Sacramento, CA, Vancouver, BC, and now Denver, CO.Cheney brings a great level of technical knowledge as well as creative design to VMWP. Currently, Cheney is project managing Mehana at Kapolei, a 134-acre masterplan of a new residential community in Hawaii and is working on the architecture for one of the 16 blocks; and Kukui Gardens, a 22-acre urban infill project in downtown Honolulu. Electra Libre Fowler Electra Libre Fowler is an urban and architectural designer whose focus has been the use of design that transcends scale and time as a maverick force that can transform and create community. Electra brings a broad range of experience from construction management, industrial design, interior design to commercial/ retail, hospitality, residential, restaurant design, historic preservation and fine arts. Since joining the Van Meter Williams Pollack team, Electra has been involved in many Urban Design and Architecture projects. Architectural projects she has been involved in include; Belmar Urban Apartments, Bradburn Village, Block 6 Belmar, Uptown Broadway, Railyard Lofts and Kailua Road multifamily housing. The urban design projects she has been involved in include; Meridian Station, Phoenix Central Station TOD Study, Falls Creek in Kelowna British Columbia, Ho'Opili in Oahu Hawaii, Westcreek and Mount Sanitas. As part of the design team for the Environmental Protection Agencies Smart Growth National Technical Assistance Team, she has worked on projects and studies in the following projects; Paseo del Pueblo Sur Corridor study in Taos New Mexico and will be writing Smart growth design code with VMWP San Francisco Office; Cheyenne Wyoming smart growth charette; and McCall, Idaho smart growth study. Electra is currently writing Transit Oriented Design Guidelines and Standards for the City of Thornton, Colorado. She also illustrated Traditional Neighborhood Design Guidelines for the City of Westminster Colorado. She was also intimately involved with Houston Urban Transit Corridors Study and Charette for Phase One and preparation of the phase one report for the City of Houston. Electra has also been the Urban Design Project Manager for the Boulder Transit Village, McKenzie Junction, and County Line TOD. She is currently the Urban Design Project Manager for Northend Station TOD, Fannin Station TOD in Houston, Gillette Street urban infill in Houston, and 300 College Avenue Fort Collins Colorado as well as the redesign of the new VMWP Denver office. Electra has been involved with a TOD Best Practices Committee for the Urban Land Institute and recently completed a study on TOD Lessons Learned in the Front Range. Electra currently works full time for VMWP while going to school full time for her Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Design. In her former life she spent 17 years in the fashion industry for Ford Models, and was also a fine artist, painter and stone carver. She has traveled extensively and lived on 5 different continents. Brett Jacques Brett received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona where his education consisted of a strong balance of the theoretical and technical aspects of architecture. In his fourth year at Pomona, Brett took his studies abroad to Florence, Italy where he focused on expanding his perception of cultural and social influences on architecture around the world. Since receiving his degree, he has worked in California on various types of architectural projects including: multi-family affordable housing, single-family residential, educational, commercial, and historical preservation. For the past four years he has focused his efforts on affordable housing with emphasis on quality sustainable design in the San Francisco Bay area. He looks forward to using his skills, talents, and experiences to contribute to the work of the VMWP team. Melissa A Kyer Melissa Kyer is a Colorado Licensed Architect who is passionate about the role good design can play in building sustainable, low-impact communities. A recent addition to Van Meter Williams Pollack, Melissa’s diverse range of experience as an architect, builder and small business owner puts her in a unique position to understand a client's budgetary and scheduling needs. Melissa’s commitment to community and sustainability extends to her role as a founder and the president of a newly-formed neighborhood association in North West Denver. She also sits on the Sustainability Subcommittee of the City of Denver Housing Task Force. Recent projects include Rue 32 urban infill multi-family units north of Downtown Denver; Forest City’s Orchards mixed- use building in Westminster, Colorado; Awakea mixed-use block in Kapolei, Hawaii; and Mountainside Village Center, a mixed use building in Victor, Idaho. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University. Heather Korth Heather is currently finishing up her degrees as Master of Architecture and Urban Design and accruing hours towards IDP requirements and architectural licensing. She is currently involved in construction administration responsibilities for the VMWP projects that are under construction, research TOD strategies and form-based codes, and other urban design work. Heather has an understanding of the variety of scales that is involved in every project and is cognisant of the importance of combining Architecture and Urban Design. Heather's interests are in sustainable environments that foster community and create livable spaces. She has traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe, and Africa. Exposure to other cultures has strengthened her understanding of what makes successful public spaces. Architecture and Urban Design, when used in conjunction with each other, have the power to create a built environment that supports a sustainable future. Rahul Mohare Rahul brings diverse experience to the firm ranging from building construction to furniture design and interior design, from mixed-use to multi-family residential and adaptive reuse. He joined VMWP in 2000 at the Denver office. In addition to architectural and project management roles at VMWP, Rahul is responsible for oversight of inter-office coordination, office standards and IT management. Rahul is also very closely involved in setting and creating CAD & Graphic design standards for our offices. Rahul has been or is involved in projects such as Rue 32, Rail Yard Lofts, Uptown Broadway, Belmar, Fire Clay Lofts, Valencia Gardens, Bradburn Village, Arvada Town Center TOD, and many others. He works closely with clients, partners and jurisdictional agencies while overseeing multiple projects from design through construction. Before coming to the United States to pursue his Master of Architecture degree, Rahul was a licensed architect in India, working on different scales and types of projects. A few of his projects in India include renovation and restoration of the Church Of Immaculate Conception, and design for Papal Seminary-Meditation Center and Interior design for numerous custom houses. Rahul travels every year to different countries learning more about the architecture, and enjoying the unique cultures. Frank Richardson Cassie Turbow Cassie graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan after an undergraduate education in Economics and Women's Studies. She also taught several undergraduate design studios while at University of Michigan. Her diversified education and teaching experience has taught her that architecture is a multidisciplinary field where the many facets of technology, art, sociology, history, politics, creativity, and theory (to name a few) come together in a rational, often complex system. Cassie has worked on a number of projects including schools, theaters, multifamily housing, and urban design. She brings a wide range of technical and creative skills to her work, and her proficiency and efficiency are a great attribute to the VMWP design team .
