Janes Creek West Specific Plan The Janes Creek West Specific Plan is a 275 acre mixed used community which includes the adaptive re-use of an existing Lumber Mill for economic development. The plan includes business uses with convenience retail and residential neighborhoods for up to 800 homes. The residential neighborhoods are interconnected by linear parks and open space systems which lead to a central park and school site. Specially designed streets and open space also interconnect and residential areas, providing for the creation of wetlands and maintenance of the rural character of the community. |
