Belmar Residential The Belmar neighborhood is a redevelopment of the former Villa Italia regional shopping mall on a 103-acre site in suburban Denver. The plan involves a mix of uses and an emphasis on pedestrian activity and public space. Van Meter Williams Pollack has prepared the design guidelines for the residential portions of the development. The guidelines include detailed design standards, building prototypes and urban design concepts for a variety of neighborhoods and building types, including apartments over storefronts, townhouses, live-work space, small garden court buildings, mid-rise multifamily buildings, and senior housing. |
