Galindo Street Corridor Infill Study
Concord, CA

This mixed-use development study illustrates a conceptual design for the important infill properties that bridge the major transit corridors with downtown Concord. The plan shows the development potential for the properties, designed as a cohesive strategy, which shares parking and open space and integrates compatible uses that mutually reinforce one another. Use include: a 175,000 sf conference hotel; commercial retail and offices; a brew pub / entertainment center as an adaptive reuse of a historic Masonic Temple; and commercial and residential lofts for live-work uses.
