The Concord BART Station Master Plan Study presents a conceptual plan for the coordi-nated development of the JFK University Campus with the Concord BART Station
property consisting of mixed use housing neighborhood. The 5+ acre campus site accommodates higher educational facilities consisting of over 130,000 square feet of
educational buildings. Parking for 700 cars is planned for in a separate structure.

The mixed use neighborhood has 425 residential units and 15,000 sf of commercial space, interconnected courtyards, streets and plaza’s link all spaces. 750 BART parking spaces are relocated in a parking structure on the opposite side of the transit station.
