Gunbarrel Town Center Gunbarrel Town Center is located at the rear end of a strip shopping center. The 10 acre site is envisioned as an integrated mixed use urban center incorporating a mixture of affordability, housing types, and a retail Main Street in a pedestrian-oriented setting. The site is divided into small urban blocks along a “Main Street” and a “Town Square”. A pocket park which doubles as a detention basin is located a the southern edge. Parking is hidden from public view behind buildings and in 2 parking structures. The program includes 52,500 sf. of retail, 295 residential units, a library and parking for 740 cars. |
