Lindenville Land Use and Urban Design Plan
South San Francisco, CA

The Lindenville Land Use and Urban Design Plan develops an approach to land use and development in an industrial district of South San Francisco adjacent to the new San Bruno BART Station. Access concerns and market conditions require a reconsideration of the General Plan policies for the district, and plan develops a strategy for land use change coupled with public infrastructure improvements while also addressing the differences between short- and long-term land use changes.
