Mountain View Rowhouse Design Guidelines VMWP is developing zoning standards and design guidelines for rowhouse development in the City of Mountain View. The purpose of the Rowhouse Guidelines is to provide direction on how new rowhouse development should be designed to create desireable residential developments and ensure a seamless integration with existing neighborhoods. The guidelines provide assistance to architects, develpers, City staff and policymakers in the preparation and evaluation of plans to achieve hight-quality rowhouse projects. |
