Courthouse Square Land Use Concept Plan
and
Traffic & Transit Cirlucation Feasibility Study

Santa Rosa, CA

The Courthouse Square Land Use and Traffic & Transit Circulation Feasibility Study was funded by the City of Santa Rosa’s Redevelopment Agency, Transit and Parking Department, and with a Transportation for Livable Communities (TLC) planning grant from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC).  The Plan is intended to be used as a tool to assist the City of Santa Rosa and the Community to identify key Capital Improvement Projects in the Courthouse Square Area that will help to “maintain Downtown as the major regional office, financial, civic, and cultural center in the North Bay,” and as a “vital mixed-use center” with a stronger sense of place.
