Santa Clarita City Center The Santa Clarita City Center Plan is an urban competition entry to create a new civic center on 250 acres focusing on the proposed site of the new City Hall.This center also includes a performing arts center, public services buildings, a library and a community center. While adding the opportunity of adding hundreds of new homes, the design proposes integrating the civic center new mixed-use community composed of residential, retail and offices create a new downtown. |
