St. Vincent Silviera Master Plan
San Rafael, CA

The St. Vincent Silviera Master Plan is for a 200 acre mixed use community on the St. Vincent property in Marin County. The plan calls for four distinct neighborhoods with 1000 residential units accommodating
a variety of family sizes and incomes. These neighborhoods are focused on a commercial town square with storefront retail and housing above. The focus of the town square is the light rail transit hub which connects this urban village to other towns along the Marin Sonoma corridor. A series of large
recreation fields connect the new town square with the historic St. Vincents complex, which is home to many community service providers.
