Table Mesa Village

Table Mesa Village is a 20.5 acre redevelopment of a strip shopping site. The site is bordered by a high volume state highway and suburban single family neighborhoods. The urban design calls for the removal of 80,000 sf of commercial buildings in the south half of the strip shopping center in order to create a mixed use village development emphasizing pedestrian movement with shops oriented closely to the street. Additional program for the site calls for: 30,000 sq. ft. of main street retail with 56 live/work units over the retail;15 new townhouses; 70 stacked flat apts and a 120 unit senior housing complex. New streets are introduced to accommodate street parking and ped /auto circulation.
