Fremont, CA

The Fremont CBD Concept Master Plan Team developed the vision for the next twenty years for downtown Fremont. Working closely with a selected task force, the planning team assisted the city and community in defining Fremont's image. Alternative development patterns ranged from the existing suburban shopping area to a midrise commercial center. The prefered vision balanced the desire for a "Main Street" downtown with the current suburban development pattern.
