South Westminster TOD VMWP is developing a master plan for a transit-oriented development around a planned light rail station just outside of the Denver city limits. The site is currently occupied with wharehouses and outdated industrial and office buildings. VMWP's plan calls for a mix of residential, office and retail development focused around the transit station.
