Design Guidelines

In the Plan, guidelines were provided for the three major compontnents of a Transit Village: Streets, Open Space, and Architecture & Development. The intent of these guidelines is to present a clear set of appropriate design examples and policies for developers, property owners, designers and City staff for implementing projects within the Transit Village.
