Diepriye has worked on a wide range of project types from civic facilities to multi-family affordable housing. As a Job Captain he is involved in developing healthy, sustainable and affordable housing for hundreds of low-income and formerly homeless residents throughout the Bay Area. Over the years he has developed an affinity for addressing California’s housing shortage crisis while maintaining a careful eye towards implementing sustainable design solutions that improve the health and well being of the public. He has a particular interest in working on historic renovation projects; addressing long-standing deferred maintenance issues while improving the overall efficiency and experience for the building users. He has worked closely with a number of nonprofit developers planning, designing and managing complicated projects with budgetary constraints, complicated construction schedules and additional requisites required to meet client funding sources. Outside of work, Diepriye enjoys travel, DIY projects, and Cuban salsa dancing.
