EPACANDO and Eden Housing are proud partners in the resyndication and rehabilitation of Nugent Square Apartments at 2361 University Avenue.
Originally built in 2004, Nugent Square Apartments provides 32 affordable rental homes for families in East Palo Alto, California. In 2023, Eden and EPACANDO embarked on an extensive, year-long renovation of the property. The project features updated landscaping, a new play structure and bike storage, and comprehensive interior upgrades for all apartments, including new appliances.
Additionally, a new roof with updated photovoltaic system was installed, and electric vehicle charging stations were provided at the garage.
