Take a moment to watch the moving story of Laurel at Perennial Park and the many who were dedicated to rebuilding hope from tragedy after the Journeys End Mobile Home Park was destroyed by the Tubb’s Fire in 2017.
Several of those that made Laurel possible are named in this video including: Burbank Housing‘s Team Larry Florin, Sharon Wright, Karen Massey, and Lauren Taylor, the owner of the site Ramsey Shuayto, Related Companies‘ CEO Ann Silverberg, former Mayor Chris Cory, Congressman Mike Thompson, the community at the Tzu Chi Foundation, and residents Pat Crisco and Barbara King.
VMWP is honored to design Laurel at Perennial Park, design the master plan for rebuilding Journey’s End, and be a part of this extraordinary team.
