The seven-story building at 1155 Aster Ave. includes one- to three-bedroom residences, with floorplans ranging from 976 square feet to 2,685 square feet.

The condominium property features one- and two-story homes with one or two parking spots per unit. The property is part of Toll Brothers’ The Station, a master-planned residential development featuring luxury townhomes and two condo buildings in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Vantage at The Station is adjacent to twin building Outlook at The Station, that also includes 96 residences, and to the Terraces at The Station, a luxury townhome property with 140 homes. The Station is close to Ellis Elementary, Sunnyvale Middle School and Fremont High School, while also allowing easy access to dining and shopping options. Vantage at The Station is 7 miles from San Jose Mineta International Airport, 11 miles from downtown San Jose, Calif., and within 20 miles of Fremont, Calif.

Completing luxury projects

Recent projects Toll Brothers added to its portfolio include 151 Bay Street, a luxury condo tower in Jersey City, N.J., that was completed in August. The developer worked through its affiliate, Toll Brothers City Living, in a joint venture with Sculptor Real Estate to complete the 259-unit project, with sales prices starting at $560,000.

In June, the developer, together with PGIM, opened The Laurent, a 525-unit luxury community in Cambridge, Mass. The development includes three seven-story buildings, with an affordable component totaling 100 units.
