Live, Work, Shop and Play.............and Drink!

Great Divide Brewing Company is the phased redevelopment of a 5
acre, former auto junk yard, in Denver’s burgeoning RINO District on Brighton Blvd into a modern, light industrial facility. An original Denver brewery, Great Divide has outgrown their existing facility located in the Ball Park neighborhood and is expanding for their new bottling and canning facilities as well as expanded brewing capacity. The site is adjacent to a proposed City park that is located on the South Platte River and adjacent to many other redeveloping properties that are transforming the auto and industrial oriented Brighton Blvd. into an eclectic Live, Work, Shop and Play district. The new brewery design of 97,354 square feet includes manufacturing and production, warehousing and distribution, eating and drinking, a beer garden, and office space for Great Divide.
